On all platforms. In England. The Leigh Delamare westbound (south carriageway) charging hub has 19 Gridserve connectors and 16 Tesla Supercharger connectors yet it doesn't appear on ABRP. This major hub appears on all my other apps (such as ZapMap and PlugShare)

    Our data provider had some minor technical issues, this has now been resolved and the charger is back online in ABRP.

    This has now been reported to our data provider so that they can investigate why Gridserve doesn’t report correct data to them for this location.

    The Tesla chargers on westbound side can be found here;

    We, however, appear to have stopped receiving data for the Gridserve chargers on the westbound side and it is now tagged as closed and excluded from planning;

    We’ll have to investigate why.

      Hi there

      Thank you! I don’t have a Tesla, so I suspect that hub is one of the Tesla-only supercharger sites that I’m unable to see. Apologies for that!

      As for the Gridserve hub, it would be good to see this fixed as I think it’s one of the busiest sites on one of the busiest roads in the UK. I use it every time I visit family in the western half of the country so it’d be nice to see ABRP use this in my planning.

      Looking at the Gridserve website and app, that site is definitely open.

    The Tesla supercharging hub address is the same.
