Report a Charger

There are many charging stations on OCM that don't appear on your app. As I understand it, you use their maps. This leads me to a question: Why aren't all the charging stations that appear on OCM also visible on your app?

    Hi @Hüseyin Özçelik,

    While we don’t use maps from OCM, we do import charger locations that are added and edited by human OCM members.

    I’ve checked this location in OCM, and it appears to be automatically imported from an external source; therefore, we do not include it in our import. Last year we found that a large number of charging locations imported from OCM had erroneous data and most of them were of non-human additions, automated imports - hence we have since stopped importing these.

    There is an open ticket for the network of this charger here Sitronics Electro . I’ve asked our data provider if there’s any progress.

    Another issue with this location is that we don’t yet support the Chinese GB/T standard. You’ll find the ticket for this here; Support GB/T port .
