Mini Aceman SE J05 Enode connection freezes

Questions

The vehicle is in the list , pairing works but the connection does not work and on CarPlay the app does not localize the car.

    Please clarify; are you reporting a missing vehicle model or an issue with CarPlay / the ABRP app?

      Vehicle is available and pairing is on. On the app the connection is established but it looks non working and the CarPlay too

        Which of the vehicles on your account does this happen with?

        What live data connection are you using?

        Could you provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

          Update: Mini Aceman 2024 the connection is established after few minutes of driving. The percentage of battery is almost live but sometimes it freezes. I use Enode

            Ok, when you say that it ‘freezes’ how long does this last?
