MG5: ABRP underestimates charging times

Questions

Although ABRP can read OBD2 to monitor charges, most times I don't stay in the car when it charges. So ABRP can't monitor the charge.

Maybe as a result, it overestimates the charging speed and underestimates the charging time.

One possibility would be a new setting that would allow the user to enter an average charging speed against which the charging times would be calculated.

My car is a post face lift MG5 Trophy.

    We don’t currently calibrate charging speed based on live data. The estimates are based on the default model selected, and we cannot take into account things like power-sharing, malfunctioning chargers, etc.

    How much does it usually differ?

    You can currently;

    1. Manually lower the kW for individual charging stops in the waypoint settings

    2. Edit the ‘charging overhead’ to add extra time to each charging stop, to account for extra wait time. (Not the perfect solution, but it is a global setting).
