MG4 Long Range Luxury - ELM327 Interface - Car connect error

Hi, I have MG4LR Luxury and use to get connected to this car with OBD Dongle with ELM327 interface. On the connection page, I see that obdble is connected but car is not. I can see my SOC on “car scanner” app with same dongle. Could you help to understand the problem. Thx in advance. By the way I am from Turkey.
