That the network has live status in its own app does not necessarily mean that they share such data with third parties.
Or do you see other locations from the same network with live status, and only this location is missing it?

Megatel does work with with many different charging station providers so maybe rules differ from one to the other.
Btw the notifications didn’t work again so sorry for the late response

Thank you for clarifying. I’ve submitted a ticket with our data provider for these locations, asking them why this is and if it can be corrected.

As for the notifications.
I’ve asked the Featurebase team to check this, and according to them, they have sent email notifications for the replies/comments on this post.
Could you check that these emails haven’t ended up in your spam/junk folder?

Yeah I seem to be getting the emails. It's the notification menu (the one that opens when you press the bell icon) on the site that's not working sometimes.
