Maximum Charging Speed

I have a Kia EV9, where the maximum charging speed (regardless of network) is 210kW. If I plan a trip with a DC fast charger, it defaults to the 350kW maximum speed of the charger, rather than the 210kW the vehicle can accept. Can there be a way to change this maximum, or have it be referenced to the vehicle?

    I think it already is referenced to the vehicle. My VW ID.4 can do 170kW and if I override the charge rate lower to my car’s maximum at the charger but leave the time charging alone the percentage SoC change is the same, so I think it’s working correctly but I suggested in a separate post that this should be more obvious.

    Hi @Kyle Critchnau,

    We set the correct max for each vehicle model but the selected vehicle model will not change what max power is displayed for the chargers. We’ll use the correct max and charging curve when calculating the charging speed and time, thus no need for you to set this manually.
