What do the map pin colours mean?

I’ve seen one post that says grey is unknown?

If so why are the Tesla superchargers greyed out, My car has a NACS port?

    Hi

    Grey means that we don’t get any data from the charger. Green means the charger is available and red means it’s occupied.
