OBD Live data not showing SoC for 2024 BMW iX xDrive50

Questions

I have a 2024 BMW ix xdrive50. I'm using the OBDlinkCX. Data reported on the app include, power,voltage, consumption, battery temp., location and elevation, but now SoC. Any recommendations on fix?

    Have you checked if resetting the connection resolves this issue?
