Live charger info

I hate that we can leave active feedback on charging stations. Driving from Philadelphia to Indiana. First stop was a GM charger labeled as an Electrify America charger with ½ the stalls out. Next stop at a correctly labeled EA charger also with ½ the stalls out. No way to update that in the app so the app can use that for other drivers or follow up on when they’re fixed. This should be pretty basic stuff to add and incorporate and something the community would heavily benefit from.

Or we should have a way in the app to mark a station as do not use for the future.

    We always prioritize selecting charging locations supplied from reliable data sources, with live status information. However - we don’t always have the luxury of being able to select locations within these criteria.

    When networks refuse to supply third-party apps like ABRP with live status information, we can only assume the chargers are operational and rely on reports from users if they are not working.

    If you unfortunately discover that a location is non-operational, you can report this in the app directly. Then it’ll both be reported to the data provider (with a few exceptions depending on who is the provider) and lesser prioritized in planning / entirely excluded, depending on the number of reports.
