Many charging stations are missing, for example in the Karmiel area, from the support they told me to add the stations through a map of certain charging stations, but the map also does not have the stations, so it is not possible to add them

Hi Nadav,
We fetch information about chargers from different sources. Openchargemap.org is one of them which users themselves can contribute to.
If you're missing many chargers from the same network, you can instead have it requested here: https://abrp.featurebase.app/en?b=65cf28d15bbcc871753b3fe3
