Issue linking Xpeng via Enode

I have to issues and I hope you can help:
1- I am not receiving the verification email
2- The car is not getting linked to the app via Enode -
a message pops up and it states that “the server is not availabe and I should try later” - I’ve had this issue in 3 days now.
My car is a Xpeng G6 Long range 2024
