Link car via enode

I have a premium account, and my car was LinkedIn. For some reasons I don't receive any live data anymore. When I try-out to link the car (pressing Live data) I can choosing the enode option, then I get to the Premium account option page. When I select the Premium Monthly, the app tells me I already have an account (which is correct). So no connection possible anymore
