Link car via enode
I have a premium account, and my car was LinkedIn. For some reasons I don't receive any live data anymore. When I try-out to link the car (pressing Live data) I can choosing the enode option, then I get to the Premium account option page. When I select the Premium Monthly, the app tells me I already have an account (which is correct). So no connection possible anymore

Seems like the app doesn't find the valid premium subscription for the extra funtionalities, it only finds the subscription when I want to subscribe again.

It sounds like you might not be logged into the correct account. Please check this, and if you can’t resolve the issue on your own contact our support via email by selecting account or subscription issue in the app under ‘support & feedback’.

Thanks for the reply. I see that I log in with the same e-mail address as the one used for the subscription. My account ID is XXXXXXX. The app itself also tells me that my account already has a Premium subscription when I select the Premium monthly option again. So the app knows that a have a Premium subscription but nor when I try to link with the car using enode or when I try to put on ABRP in the car using Android Auto. These functionalities used to work a couple of weeks ago. I already sent an e-mail to support more than a week ago but no response thusfar.

Hi Bart,
Yes, I can see the account ID already from my side here, but as we might have to ask you for receipts/invoices and other pieces of personal information, this is best handled privately by email.
I’ve just checked and can see that we also received an email from you on Sat Nov 16th in the afternoon. My colleague replied to you Mon Nov 18th in the morning.
Could you check the spam folder perhaps?
