Lightning support for small battery but fast charging

Small battery Ford Lightning has a reduced charge rate, unless it has the max tow package, like mine does. Then the charge rate is the same as a Lightning with the big battery.
That should be an option, maybe a new vehicle with "Small battery, max towing package" (or a way to see and manually change the max charge rate)
