I own a Kia EV6 58 kWh RWD and the charging speeds in ABRP could be more accurate. Here are my suggestions:
On 400 volt legacy chargers (older ChargePoint, Francis Energy, first Gen ABB 50 kW, etc) this car charges at 42 kW at low SOC and ramps up to 45 kW before tapering at 90-100% SOC. So from dead to full itβs easily a 1 hour 15 minute experience. Attaching one picture to support this
For faster modern ElectrifyAmerica and EVgo stations the estimated charge times in ABRP seem close enough to be valid. However it is possible these times are based on the big 800 volt 77 kWh battery pack charging speeds. So just for reference the very best charging speeds the 58 kWh pack can do are 175 kW and this is only under ideal conditions when pack temperature allows for it. Attaching 3 pictures to support this
