KIA EV6 can not find SOC data

Questions
Always receiving error the can not find SoC data with KIA EV6 AWD via bluetooth. Other apps work corectly (CarScanner) and can read SoC data.

    Please add more information such as;

    • Vehicle model

    • OBD device model and does it use BLE?

    • Error messages if any given

    • Is the OBD connected to any other app while you try to connect?
