Kia EV5 Live data not working

I’ve successfully connected to the Vgate iCar pro 2s OBD2 in my Kia EV5 wave plus, but the live data isn’t showing up. Any ideas why?

    I’ve just checked but you’re not currently connected via OBD, could you attempt to link the vehicle again?

      I’ve tried a bunch of different things, but the battery percentage and other info aren’t showing up. Any suggestions?

        Interesting, where in the world are you located? The OBD commands could possibly be different for vehicles sold in certain regions/markets.
