Planner doesn't include preferred charging networks

Good afternoon, I paid your subscription. I've put up those charging stations that are acceptable to me, but your app keeps taking me to charge that I don't use. How to specify only those charging stations that I can use in the app. I have ionity and enbw.

And one more thing. The app keeps losing touch with my Tesla Model 3.

Please resolve the issues or return the money.
