Planner doesn't include preferred charging networks

Good afternoon, I paid your subscription. I've put up those charging stations that are acceptable to me, but your app keeps taking me to charge that I don't use. How to specify only those charging stations that I can use in the app. I have ionity and enbw.

And one more thing. The app keeps losing touch with my Tesla Model 3.

Please resolve the issues or return the money.

    Please note that adding ‘charge cards’ is different from selecting preferred networks in:

    Settings → Chargers & Networks → Avoid and prefer

    If you’re still not getting the desired result, please provide a link to the plan with the issue. To do this;

    1. Plan the trip in ABRP

    2. Click/tap: ‘Share plan’

    3. Click/tap: ‘Share ABRP link’

    4. Paste the URL here

    IMPORTANT: Please exclude private addresses and the use of ‘my position’, home, work etc. from the plan you post here publically.

    Regarding refunds: This is our public feedback portal, we’re not able to handle subscription and account questions here. For this, please send us an email instead.

    Under ‘Support & feedback’ select: ‘Subscription issue’ instead to send an email.
