Is There a Warning When Excluded Network(s) Make Routing Fail?

I’m wondering if a charging network or networks are marked as excluded, and as a result ABRP is unable to find a viable route, will the user get a warning / suggestion to change the offending network(s) to Avoid? Or some kind of feedback that tells them why the routing failed?
