iPhone connection problem

I can't connect with iPhone via vgate device, please I request to fix the problem, I paid for the ABRP application but I can't get the return.

    What’s the full name of the OBD? Does the OBD uses BLE?

        If it only says Bluetooth I don’t think it uses BLE. There is one called Vgate iCar PRO BLE 4.0 that works.
