Interface with OCBC module

I know this is something that will take a long time and have limited payback (as well as being US specific), but it would be nice if ABRP could interface with my ODBC module to get the current state of charge and battery burn rate.

This would let the software know if the car will be able to reach the intended charging station, due to weather or speed, and recommend a different charging station if needed.
