Integration/app for BYD Tang

Following up on Samuels suggestion from https://abrp.upvoty.com/b/report-a-bug/gps-unavailable-after-427/

So it seems like the BYD Tang has an good API for fetching consumption (and other data) via the infotainment API.

With that in mind I'm requesting an similar app to the one developed for Ioniq.

Infotainment API and SDK: https://eth0.sh/upload/byd/ - they are also available via the official BYD developer portal (in Chinese): http://oip.byd.com

Both are in Chinese, however I did translate (via Google translate) the API doc to English - it seems OK'ish

I'd be happy to test it as we go.
