Initial connection to OBD2 MCE200 unreliable

I have a Maclean MCE200. Works fine. However, upon starting the car and ABRP (on iOS), the connection is not always established. It helps to switch to Car Scanner, to connect and disconnect. Then, switching back to ABRP, the connection is established.

I guess the initialisation/connection code for the MCE200 could be improved.
