Car play iOS. Info button. Shows chargers as unavailable when they in fact are available.

    Hi @Paul Mackey,

    Do you mean that we display a different status in the iOS app and another one in CarPlay?

    Would you be able to provide a screenshot of this status?

      Here is screen shot of status in BC Hydro app vs ABRP. In the CarPlay this appears as “unavailable”.

        Ok, do you see a red or gray status?

          The screen shot shows it as grey. In car play it’s not colour coded. From memory it says 0/2 available. (I’m not in the car).

          Here is how the status shows in Car Play ABRP shows 0/2. Plug share shows the correct 2/2 available.

            Gray status means we do not have any live status information for the charger, not that it is unavailable.

              Which appears incongruous (and unhelpful for route plannning). If BC Hydro and PlugShare are reporting the status why is ABRP not?

                Yeah, it is definitely not optimal, but it is what we do instead of completely excluding chargers that don’t have live status information.

                The network would have to share such data with our current data source, eco-movement.com
