Inconsistant vehicle connection

I have a Chevrolet Blazer RS AWD and I have the ABRP app installed on both my desktop and vehicle. I AM ALSO A PREMIUM TRIAL USER. I have two issues:

1 - I plan a route and save it on my desktop. When I go to my vehicle and click the cloud icon, I see the saved route. I click on it and the vehicle app say “Calculating Route” and just spins, never downloading the route. If I enter the route directly in the vehicle, the route calculates (sometimes see pt 2). Why is the saved route not coming to the vehicle?

Pt2. - I enter my vehicle and select the app. The map comes up but is frozen most of the time. I think once it was active. Why is the map frozen and not moving when the vehicle moves.
