Hi,
Please add more information such as;
Vehicle model
Does the OBD use BLE?
Error messages if any given
Is the OBD connected to any other app or a splitter?

With many cheap adapters the BLE shows up but ABRP doesn’t work. I have tried many, at least two or three with this problem. The only one that works is the Vgate iCar Pro, BT4.0 version.
