I'm trying to activate real time traffic but can't locate the real time traffic toggle in settings section.

    You will find it in the settings under Routing.

      Thank you. I have tried resetting a number of times. I have toggled on and closed settings and rebooted my phone and toggle off then on. The map continues to display a tan line regardless of the traffic conditions. My next option is to uninstall and reinstall the app.
