I Can’t change my Car since the update

If I go to the meeting to change my car there is no button to do so it just says „skip“ and „save vehicle“ if I want to save it, I need to upgrade to premium and if I select „skip“ the setting just closes. Is this a bowing issue or is there a workaround? Or am I missing something?
