My address is not listed in list of options to select

I cannot set my home address in the app or via the website. When I enter my address is is not listed in list of options to select. My hose has been there for about a year and a half, so it's not a "brand new" address.

    Hi

    For now you can set a pin at your address on the map and add it as a waypoint. You can add your address here https://www.here.com/ but it often take a while before it’s corrected in our app.
