Yes, and that is true for all Navigation/Routeplanner software. I guess I was expecting more from A Betterrouteplanner…
Example, Spain has no tolls (mostly) but ABPR still routes tollfree if you select tollfree, the old toll roads are not used. France has toll roads, but they have good toll free roads as well. Denmark does not have toll roads, but 2 bridges with toll and you can choose to take ferry. At one spot the ferry is 1 third of the price, and on the other spot the bridge is 1 third. Sweden has no toll roads but it does have congestion toll in some cities. Then Norway is just crazy fucked! It does not have toll roads, but road tolls… So if you try to take the old road you still have the toll. There is no toll free route, because they toll those as well.
