How do I report road closures that do not show on the map?

There are scheduled overnight road closures on the shorter of two routes available for me to get home. The planned route to get me home last night was on this road in the time of the closure, nothing reported.

Fortunately for me, I was aware the closure would be in place, and from the direction I was traveling it is only an extra 6 miles. If I wasn’t aware, and was coming from a different direction, worst case it is a 110 mile diversion with the only chargers being 50kW and the first one 40 miles into the diversion.
