When planning a trip, either in the iOS version (paid) or on the website (while logged into my account), the charge cost is reported as 0 with an asterisk and a note that reads “cost of charging is missing for step 1, …”.
There is no indication as to why the cost of charging is missing. It would be a big improvement if:
What step(s) I need to take to correct the problem if it is on my end - or a link to the appropriate part of the documentation if the process is complex. Or,
If the data is not being reported (or is not made available) by the charging network API, then, I think it would be better if the asterisk read “charging network does not provide cost information.” Ideally there would then be a way to manually enter a value to use for the cost (and a link to instructions or to the proper location in settings). If this is a global problem (i.e., cost estimates are a planned feature, but available data is either very sparse or the feature is not implemented yet) then it would be nice to have a “default cost” that would be used to when no cost is available for the selected chargers — and the asterisk would read something like “Cost estimated for step N using the default rate of X per kWH.”
The app used to provide charging costs for planned trips but now states that charging costs are missing. It also doesn’t appear to be limited to the free version, as paid subscribers don’t have the feature anymore. When will this feature return, or how do we enable it with the latest update?

Hi
Can you please add a link to a plan where we don’t show the cost. Click at Share plan and Share ABRP link.

Any update per above? Still having the issue on all platforms and unable to see calculated costs.

Tesla charger prices disappeared after a change to our system. We are working on fixing this.

Hi
Unfortunately we don’t have prices for all chargers. We have had prices from Tesla before and hopefully they will let us show them again.
