How do I add an arbitrary delay at a stop, and add notes?

I have been using ABRP for years to plan trips. Now with the redesign, I can’t figure out how to add 4 hours (for example) to a stop to allow us to go hiking, and then continue on our trip? I also can’t figure out how to add comments in the notes field that appears in the spreadsheet summary. Thanks.
