Greyed out networks

Questions

Why are networks on my preferred charger list greyed out? I can charge my car at electrify America and Tesla (I have an authentic adapter). But ABRP maps do not show these chargers as available.

    Hi

When the the icons are grey we don’t get any status for those chargers.
