This is the reply from our data provider;
“Thanks for your patience. At the moment, we are unable to get this information from the CPO. Our partnerships team is in touch, but there is no clear ETA for any updates. I will close this ticket for now. Please let me know if you have any other questions or updates.”
If we cannot receive the data from our regular data provider we advise users to make additions to openchargemap.org instead.

@Katya Skog why is taking to much time add an charger to your network? on the other websites user can add it even by myself.

I sent the request to our data provider 15 days ago, it is currently in review and there’s not much more I can do from our side. The status is correctly reflected as ‘in progress’ and you will be notified when there is progress.
Of course, you can add it to openchargemap.org, from which we also fetch chargers. But OCM is manually updated, and we lack a direct connection to the network provider, meaning we will not be able to know about changing prices, broken chargers, non-existent/removed chargers, if otherwise available, live status of the charger, and other features helpful for accurate planning.
