Free 2 months and Enode

Hi, I have subscribed to Premium almost a year ago and it said at the time that I would get 2 extra months. In the Play Store my subscription is shown as yearly but in the app it says “monthly” and of course I didn’t get the 2 extra months. Why is that ?

Also, I just watched a video in which someone connected his car with “Enode”. Although I have “premium” subscription, I do not have ‘Enode’ but only ‘Generic’.

Quite frankly, I will probably not renew this subscription as your software doesn’t work as advertised.

Also, promoting a 2 months benefit and then don’t honoring it, is kind of ‘scamy’.

    Hi

    You pay for ten months but get twelve months so you get 2 months for free.

    All live data options does not work on all cars. You can request a connection for your car under Integration requests on this page.

      Thank you very much for your reply.

      I definitely paid more than 10 months (not by much but still more).

      I also find it confusing when I pay yearly but the app says I am on a monthly plan and is suggesting that I can get 2 extra months by changing to a yearly plan.

      I was watching a video where the guy connected the car (I am planning to buy) via Enode. I was just curious, added the car and found that there was no Enode in my app.

      But it doesn't matter that much anymore as I have decided to unsubscribe.

      The biggest problem I have (in this country) is that the charger database is not updated and that you cannot see if chargers are available or not.

      There are chargers that have been added to the network months ago but are still not showing in the app.

      During a test-drive (of the car that I am planning to buy), the salesman showed me a local app which has all networks included plus is also showing their availability status.

      I think your App is good but it doesn't work that well here.

        If it says monthly it’s a bug on our side.

        Enode is only possible to use in Europe and North America right now.

        ABRP is developing and becoming larger in more countries. Unfortunately, in Asia we have not come as far as in other parts of the world.
