vehicle is a Skoda Enyaq 80x 1st Gen
dongle is a carly universal dongle and work with e.g. carscanner and carly as well
outside temp. is shown, but not SOC

It’s better if you will send us a bug report. First you need to enable the bug button in the settings. Go to the settings and scroll all the way down.
The bug button will show on your screen. When the OBD is connected to your car click at the button. Then let me know when you have done this.

in parallel i pressed the “bug button” but im not sure if there has been a ticket or something created.

Unfortunately the OBD does not work with our app. We have a list of OBDs that we have tried that works with ABRP
