Feedback and Questions About Navigation and Map Display in CarPlay

Dear [Support Team / App Development Team],

First of all, I’d like to say that the app is great overall — the features it offers are very useful and well implemented. However, I’d like to share some feedback regarding the navigation and maps, which I’ve also seen mentioned by other users.

1. The navigation experience is quite limited, especially when using CarPlay.

   
   

2. One specific issue is that the arrow icon representing the car is too large, which makes the map look cluttered and less clean. This happens not only in my car, but also in other vehicles where I’ve tested it, so it doesn’t seem to be a car-specific issue.

3. Additionally, I was wondering if it’s possible (or planned) to reduce the size of the car indicator arrow, or provide customization options for it.

4. Another improvement would be to allow the map to be displayed in 2D mode in CarPlay, with the view aligned in the driving direction — similar to how Google Maps and other navigation systems work.

5. Lastly, are there any plans to update or replace the current maps? A more refined design — closer to Google Maps in terms of clarity and detail — would be a great improvement for the overall user experience.
