Failed to connect to ODB2 dongle in Zoe R90
Car model : Renault Zoe R90
Dongle model : Vgate iCarPro BT3.0
Dongle firmware : 4.1.10
On the ABRP app while trying to connect to the ODB2 dongle, at the second step of the connection process the app fails, immediately after a blink of the read signal light of the dongle.
What is strange is that the CanZE app appears to be reading from the dongle without issue.
No other app is using the dongle when trying to connect with ABRP.

According to the manual it uses Bluetooth 3.0, no mention about BLE

Can you please send us a bug report when you are in the car and the the OBD is connected? To turn on the bug button please go to the settings and scroll all the way down. Turn on the toggle and the bug button will show up on your screen. Please let me know when you have sent the report.

Hi Linda, thanks for your answers. After enabling the option, when the bug happened again a GUID was copied into my phones clipboard but didn't get a full bug report. Is it the GUID that you need?

Is your OBD connected to any other app? Otherwise, it's likely that your OBD doesn't use BLE.

It can connect to the CanZE app (designed for the Renault EVs) and the data are readable when using it. I tried to force shutdown the CanZE app, both CanZE and ABRP, but the dongle doesn't seem to be recognized by ABRP.

Then unfortunately you have to use another OBD that has BLE.
