Hi @Linda ABRP I see that the status is “Completed” however it seems like the issue is still there and the original poster didn’t respond to your follow-up question. To clarify: it is not related to the files ending up in a weird place. It also doesn’t matter whether I try on the website or in the mobile app. The spinning wheel stays there and no file is generated to download. Except for the one time I did get a file, the process often fails.

Hi
Have you checked on your computer where downloaded files end up?
Do you have the latest version of ABRP?

I have the same issue. Wanted to make a new post but will add it here:
I'm trying to download My drives for administrative purposes. However, the process almost always gets stuck with a spinning wheel on the Exporting button (indicating that it is working on it). However long I wait, the file never downloads.
This morning I did manage to get a download, but for other periods it's not working. I also tried a couple more times last week without any luck.
It seems that your server gets overloaded even by a relatively small data query.
Could you please check out what's wrong and fix it?
