EV charging options

Hi im new to the app and I am also a new EV driver so it maybe a stupid question.

When looking at available plugs the one option that’s selected is greyed out and I can’t select other options even tho they are available. Why is this ?

    Hello @User,

    You do not have to select the other options. They just show the different type of charger plugs and if they are the same plug, then they are separated due to the power of the specific charger.

    The greyed out version is because it is not available for your vehicle type and would be the same as the other ones if your vehicle could use it.

    These plugs just show available/unavailable chargers and power for it, so no need to press them.
