    Hi,

    Please provide a link to the charger location you’re reporting;

    1. Find the charger in ABRP

    2. Click it to open charger details

    3. Select: share → share ABRP link

    4. Copy and paste the URL here

    This way we’ll get the exact ID number of the charging location.

    I find this very difficult to respond to your request. Navigating the website is not straight forward. Also another issue is that the finished charging button on the app doesn’t work and the adjustment to the actual state of charge only works sometimes and it would never update the plan with the actual state of charge. below is the Eureka station that I had trouble with.
