enode live consumption not working

Should connection via enode on a MY21 kia e-niro be available? it’s constantly showing blank red bars whilst driving and doesn’t even show an energy consumption chart in my drives. This also stopped working with obd - is this something that was turned off?

    Hi

    Yes Enode is available for your car but the reliability is unfortunately low for Kia cars. I can’t see that your car have been connected for the past seven days. We did get some data from your OBD yesterday.
