Enode disconnected for vw id.7 tourergtx

Hi,

I have had abrp premium a few months and for a while it worked like a charm, we went on a skiing holiday to italy (from sweden) and all was as promised and expected.

However, since we arrived home in early march enode appears as disconnected and data is transferred only occasionally and with varying quality.

I have tried to delete my car and start over but to no avail, the car is set up correctly and so is the configuration set-up for enode but enode is still showing ”disconnected” when navigating and no or very little data is ever transferred.

    Have you tried to remove the VW app from your phone and then install it again?

      Are you saying that I need to reinstall my app for my car in order for your routeplanner to work?

      (This will cause loss of a lot of my desired set ups in that app as well as need for reintegration with my charger, solar panels and app of my power company which has not been easy to get to work together in the first place…….)

        That has been the solution before. We did get SoC from your car yesterday. Have you seen any change in your car?
