Hello there . Just wondering is it that normal or not

I have Skoda Elroq and when I am using the app I am connect to Enode- live data

Why most of the time is offline?

When I put a direction is online - green , for 2-3 minutes

And getting offline-red

Any way to fix this please

    Hi

    We don’t get a lot of data from your car through Enode. Unfortunately Enode does not work very good with some cars and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.
