Don't default to preferring the Rivian Adventure network if you aren't in a Rivian

At some point, ABRP started preferring Rivian chargers over others. They are quite expensive as a non-Rivian owner. This is easy to address with a thumbs down but creates a poor initial experience for new users less familiar with the nuances of the app.
