Don't default to preferring the Rivian Adventure network if you aren't in a Rivian

At some point, ABRP started preferring Rivian chargers over others. They are quite expensive as a non-Rivian owner. This is easy to address with a thumbs down but creates a poor initial experience for new users less familiar with the nuances of the app.

    Hi @Robert Dana,

    There’s no specific added preference for the Rivian network in planning; they are treated as any other network. However, just as any other network, networks with live status information will be seen as more reliable and preferred in planning over those with no live status information.
