I have a yearly premium subscription, but the app does not show the status of the chargers in use. They are all shown as gray. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and Android auto.
What networks do the chargers you’re viewing belong to? It may be that those networks don’t yet share live data with our data provider.

Electrify America and EV Go. The charging locations are always gray, so I arrive at the charger and there is always a queue. I never have any awareness of whether the charger is busy (in use) or not.

Those are networks for which we unfortunately haven’t been able to obtain live status data. We’re aware of how common they are and how highly requested support for them is but some CPO’s seem less willing to share data with third-parties.
