Disappearing Chargers in Turkey, source: OpenChargeMap

I have noticed that chargers started to disappear in Turkey. Anybody can delete them in Open Charge Map, which in turn deletes them in ABRP I guess. I try to add the ones on my regular routes but that’s a problem. And I don’t know the solution.

    Hi @Osman Efe Moral,

If there’s an issue with incorrectly deleted locations in OCM, please contact the maintainers of OCM about the issue.

I would, however, assume that, just like with the approval of new stations, existing stations can only be deleted by moderators of OCM.

If you are otherwise missing locations please see: How to have new chargers added to ABRP

      Dear Katya,

I am not an OSM customer. I am a paid ABRP customer. I included that information just to help you out. I don’t care if you procure your data from a supermarket. I care if it is accurate or not. And, since the last update chargers of certain networks seem to randomly appear and disappear. This issue is not COMPLETED. Since the last update whole networks disappeared from the map. On my 420 km trip today half of the chargers that I know there had disappeared from ABRP and it tried to create inefficient routes for that reason. If I had to travel an unknown route it would have been a problem. Namely Enyakit and Lumicle chargers no longer exist on ABRP. These are the ones I’m sure about. Also since the last update, arrival SoC predictions are everywhere. 10-15 percentage point differences between the prediction and reality. Your customers write here to allow you to know problems. We are not here to get you. Thus, please try to use a courteous language when communicating with your customers. This is unacceptable.

I repeat: we have no control over what OCM does, we merely fetch charger data from them. This appears to need to be resolved within OCM it cannot be resolved from ABRPs’s end.

Would you rather have us exclude OCM data from the dataset?
