Different results

I am checking a trip with a potential new car (ID 7 Tourer Pro S). When I am logged in and logged out, the result is different by 1 hour, which seems to be impossible. I have a better result when I am not logged in and this result seems more realistic. When I am logged in the result for the ID7 Tourer Pro and ID7 Tourer Pro S is similar despite a larger battery and better loading curve for the Pro S. It happened on the web and on IOS

    Hi Katya, thank you for your message. I understand that but for instance and in this case, the trip was faster with one car when I was logged in and it was the opposite when I was logged out. I believe it was strange, as there was no big change in the settings

    Hi @Christophe Delus ,

    As your account currently has access to ABRP Premium features, there are several settings you won’t be able to enable when logged out and this can impact the planning result. You also wouldn’t have your regular planning settings when logged out.

    For instance, the value for charger arrival SoC is set to 3% on your account, but our default would be 10%.
