They are different kinds of plug that are used for vehicles.
Tesla SuC - Has NACS plugs and are for Tesla vehicles or native NACS vehicles (NACS stands for “North American Charging Standard”). Usable for Tesla vehicles or vehicles that has the port to use regular Superchargers.
Tesla (CCS) - Has CCS2 plugs at Tesla Superchargers. Used mostly outside Europe for Superchargers that has the CCS2 plug on Superchargers.
CCS on Tesla SuC - Has a Magic Dock (CCS1/CCS2 adapter at station) or location open to non-Tesla EVs. Used by non-Tesla EV that use standard CCS plugs and without own adapter or can only charge at Tesla SuC open to other car brands. Choosing this only shows Tesla locations where non-Tesla CCS vehicles can charge.
If you drive a Tesla: Keep Tesla SC (and Tesla CCS if you are in Europe) enabled.
If you drive a non-Tesla with a CCS port: Select CCS on Tesla SuC so ABRP doesn't send you to a Tesla station you can't use.
